Our waitress, Lisa was friendly and fun. She took made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the friend zucchini which came with horsey sauce, loved it. I ordered a chicken specialty sandwich and added lettuce, tomato & onion to it. Lisa also brought me some more of the horseradish sauce. It was great. I especially liked the French bread it was served on. We will definitely go back. We did not have room for dessert but it was offered. She also kept plenty of ice water on the table so our glasses never went empty.

Ate upstairs in the bar area. I had a patty melt. It was good. The service was friendly, quick and efficient. I was there with friends. Lots of regulars eat there.

Food was really good but amidst the Covid19 virus employees are required to wear a face mask and customers as well until they are seated. The laws are clear and every restaurant knows them. Our waitress (Kelly) had her mask only covering her mouth when she was walking around the restaurant. When she came to our table, EACH TIME, instead of pulling her mask up to cover her nose and mouth, she would pull her mask complety off her face and talk over our food and drinks. Left me feeling very uncomfortable about consuming anything on the table.

We have gone here several times, and they never have enough help!! There prices are responsible compares to other Steak houses, but everything else is bad!!! Really 4 dollars for cheese and cracker basket? Heston Steak house gives it to you as a part of the meal and there prices are comparable to yours!! Then .50 for sour cream!!! Don’t get me going on that I just paid 27.00 for A dinner!!! Atmosphere good!!! Seats are out dates and need repairs!! 3 hours from front door till the time we finally finished!! This was the 3 rd time and the last!!! Normal service, but never enough Help!! Hire more people!!

Appetizer was luke warm, wait time for our dinner to arrive was way over 30 min and that food was also luke warm. 2 other pairs of patrons came after us, ate and paid all before we even got our meal. Prime rib and a burger, nothing that should've taken THAT long. No apology from server for the wait time or anything.

My wife & I love the food. Best prime rib for 50 miles around. Sometimes our son joins us. He loves the cheese curds. Our favorite waitress Barb always treats good. If I could give the food a ten i would.

My son works there their food is delicious it's the best I've ever had at any Steakhouse you definitely get your money's worth there the stakes are out of this world and so are the burgers I think the burgers are the best

Great food great wait staff.....recently our meal took a while longer than expected. Found out that the meal ticket fell off of clip....then owners came over apologizing saying they felt terrible and the meal was on them. We have been going here for years and can’t say enough great things about the restaurant and staff

It was our first time there and it's a place that we will definitely go back to. Service was excellent and the food was fantastic. Casual atmosphere and a great place a family meal or with that special someone.

First time visit. Waited a long time ( over 45 minutes) for our food, the baby back ribs they were not done when served to us. The other food was good but not sure it was worth the wait.

This is sort of a romantic place, the lights are nice and dim. The prices are good especially for the quality and quantity of food you get. There is a place in the front to drop people off and plenty of parking in the rear of the building. Last time I was there, reservations were not accepted. In the evenings, you can pretty much expect a wait. If you have not been here, you need to go at least once.

It is a great family atmosphere! I've been coming here since I was a baby and have always loved their chicken strips, fries, with their honey mustard! Not to mention their Long Island's are quite delicious.

The food is delicious! I could have ate 5 of the shrimp with a bang appetizers. I ordered the rib eye and my husband ordered the prime rib. Both were amazing!

We love Maxi's. We always have great service. The food is superb. I cannot get enough of their ham and bean soup and am so spoiled by their Prime Rib that I cannot order it from anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff and very clean place. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. Food was delicious but the diet Coke was a bit disappointing, hence the 4 stars. Overall we had a very wonderful experience and will be coming back again.

Great steaks. They know how to cook. It may take awhile when they are busy. It states right on their menu each order is made at time of order. Staff is great. You can eat in the bar area upstairs to be kid free.

Always look forward to Maxi's prime rib and bar fish. The best!

I've always liked Maxi's but it seems like their service is slipping. The last time we were there it took over an hour to get our food and the waitress didn't act like it was a big deal, no apologies. The food was still good though.

Well was supposed to be seated at 7:00 never got seated until almost 8:00 and prices are really high my nephew ordered a steak with onion and mushrooms and his steak was soaked in the the juice from the onions and mushrooms and no taste for the price he should of been able to eat it there ended up taking home to give it taste because there wasn't any I order a steak and it tasted better this morning when I bought it home and gave it some taste

Food was good, although my husband's steak was undercooked. Restaurant was cold inside. Called ahead to put our name on the list for a table and were told it would be an hour wait still, but ended up waiting about twenty minutes.

There was a bit of a wait since it was Valentine's Day, but the food was well worth it. Prices very reasonable. Excellent wait staff treated us like family.

Got to Maxi's, table of 2, waited over 30 min to be seated. 2 person booth was open and clean when we walked in... while waiting, I joked about the open booth and how we would probably wait a long time just to get that open booth... that's what happened. Once seated, the waitress took her time getting to us. Waited no time for drinks. Salad took an hour! Food came 45 min later. Waitress was barely around. Food was very good. Perch and prime rib... but it cost $75.00 for two people. NOT worth it! They offered no apologies, no discount, and horrible service... old ladies next to us were given huge discount for waiting, we were offered nothing and my wife is 9 months pregnant. The kitchen staff could be heard yelling profanities as well. Maxis used to be great, but the last few years have been very mismanaged. It is dirty inside too.

Absolutely fabulous meal in a very unique setting. portions and prices are appropriate. Staff is very friendly, efficient and well learned. Want a great meal? This is the place. Worth the wait.

We went for my husbands company Christmas dinner and we had 19 people in our party. The waitress was very friendly we got all our drinks and food in a timely manner. Food was awesome. Our waitress even gave all of us nicknames and it was just a very fun filled and happy evening and dinner experience especially with the big group we had. Thank you for the wonderful experience and food and fun.

Steak wasn't cooked to order. A bit pricey compared to competitors. Atmosphere good. Final bill all mixed up with 2 of 3 receipts being extremely wrong. Staff slow to be attentive to our party of 6.

Great strip steak, tender juicy, cooked to a perfect medium. Mushrooms were spot on, salad was good and the ham and bean soup was tasty.

If you're looking for a place to eat and you don't know what you want, this may be the place for you. You'd think, with a name like Cinco, I even asked if it was enough for someone who was pretty hungry and the waiter said yes. It was not.The guacamole was quite good and service was fast, considering we had a table of 13.
